I have heard the acai berry and Colon cleanse "diet" works really well. I am iffy on taking these supplements – do they work? what kind of effects will it have? If I take this am I going to be in the bathroom all day and night?
When I was interested in this, I read the reviews on Amazon.com (that’s where I was buying it from since I didn’t want to give my debit information to some site I didn’t trust).
Basically, what I got from that was that the acai berry supplement energizes *some* people, but doesn’t really contribute to weight loss at all.
The people who were pleased with the Colon Cleanse were using it to become regular and not to lose weight. Some people said that they had lost a few pounds from removing all the waste that had built up in their intestines. Generally, the people who were trying the acai/colon cleanse combination did not lose weight, or did not lose enough weight to be satisfied.
If you read the directions, you have to adjust the number of pills you take so that you are having 2-3 bowel movements per day.
Side effects include cramping, bloating, and diarrhea.

Does anyone now what happens if you take acai berry and Colon Cleanser pills at the same time?
What am trying ot find out is whether events such as diarrhoea and steatorrhea will occur? What are the side-effects?
acai berry, some people say it makes them feel sick.
Nobody says you lose weight (except the advertisers)
Colon cleanse give you diarrhoea.
The main effect is to your bank balance.

I’ve been trying to loose weight and I heard that acai berry pills really work. I can’t buy them online since I don’t know how the shipping thing works and If I were to buy them online, the shipping duration could take forever. I was wondering if you know any store/place in Manila, Philippines that sells them? And if so, how much does a bottle cost? I would really really really appreciate it if you could give me the necessary info I asked.

I was on the intrnet one day and i saw a add for acai berry power 500 and total cleanse! I was wondering if a 14 year old could use them?
im very over weight and it keeps getting worse
i would appritiae if you could tell me if they work and if I would be able to use them at my age?
Acai berry products are becoming very popular right now, but there are some things that you need to take into consideration. acai berries are only from the Amazon in Brazil, so anything that is not from there may not be acai, or may be very low quality acai. Because the acai berry is so perishable, much of the nutrient and antioxidant content of the berry may be lost not long after harvesting, unless it is somehow preserved to maintain its nutritional integrity. Many acai pills and powders are very low quality, because the process they go through rids the acai of its nutrition. One thing to check is the color of the pill or the powder. The acai berry is a very dark purple, almost black, and so any pill or powder that is medium to light purple is made up of very low quality acai. Those are some things to look for.
The acai berry product that I use is Monavie. I find it much more convenient, and delicious, than taking a pill or mixing a powder drink. You would be able to drink Monavie at your age, as it is a very safe drink. Since drinking Monavie I feel more energetic, healthier, and I sleep better.

i am 14 years old i have not obese i am very healthy, but know i want a six pack. my top ones look good but my mid and bottom abs dont. can acai berries help me lose the weght and give me those abs i need. i know i need to exercise i know and i am everyday 4-5 hundred situps and so on.
Do NOT get acai berries! Just google the name and you will see that every place you buy them from is a scam! Google "acai berry scam" and look at all of the news reports you get! What you think you will only be paying $14 for will end up costing you hundreds! I signed up for it and it took over a month to get all of my money refunded and I had to cancel my credit card and ship packages, it ended up costing me $30 for nothing. The pills do not even work. Please research this product before doing anything, you will see it is not a good idea

Do not listen to Arther. He is hired to spam that message onto most every question in the Diet & Fitness section, you can just tell by reading it’s a sales pitch. I asked a question about them on here too and got a couple of people like that and I thought "Hey, if normal people are saying it’s ok, it must be!" but that’s what got me scammed. Please take in what I’m saying, the pills don’t work and you will get scammed out of so much money if you buy them

I was thinking of buying the actual acai berries not some processed capsules or tablets, but I can’t find where to buy them.
Is there any place I can buy I checked the local grocery store but they don’t seem to have it. also online stores either have pills or juice.
so there are the acai berries available, do I have to go to the Amazon forest now ?
yes you probably would have to go to south america for them but when and if you find them they taste horrible ! you are better off buying the drinks made by v8 fushion….you get the barries in there and then its tollerable…….

I’ve been taking the acai Berry pills for the past 5 days. I notice that many of the people that have used them already see results within the first 3 days. I haven’t weighed myself but i’m just wondering if their suppose to make you go to the bathroom every so often?
It is an antioxidant and a light diuretic. So if you lose any weight, it will only be water not fat. Waste of money and just a fad.

Hello, my friend is 14 year years old he weights 190 pounds and 5 foot 6 and he wants to take acai berry pills. I don’t know if he is old enough. Is he or how old does he have to be and also where do they sell them. Thanks.
Since acai is just a berry like blueberries or raspberries, it is perfectly safe for anyone to eat. The problem is if you are choosing an acai supplement that has additional ingredients. If you are choosing something for a child or teenager, you should choose a 100% acai supplement. I received the pills as a gift but don’t know how often I should take them! Will it just clean my colon or will I also lose weight?
