    there was a time that i was obsessed with acai :p but man i couldnt afford to keep buying those drinks.. and many times i felt guilty to have them due to the high amounts of sugar or other stuff like preservatives.. i think is better if you prepare them youself ;) but yeah it has a lot of advantages for sure, it also helps with pre-mature aging, healthier hair, anti-inflammatory, etc. love your videos
